There is some truth to his poorly worded post. If the genetic quality of the population keeps declining, the level of civilization achieved on our shore will decline as well. People make a society, not the other way around. If the US does not change its immigration policies, and if mestizos/blacks keep reproducing at the current rate, the US will eventually turn into a second rate nation supported almost solely by a tiny white/Asian elite.
