My problem was I quit smoking cigs a long while ago, but i was chewing skoal alot. Like 4 pucks of chew a week. Then on weekends when i was drunk i would smoke. So eventually it just got to the point where i was chewing during the week and smoking on weekends hehe bad but true.
So I havent had a dip(chew/skoal) or a smoke for 6 days now. Which is pretty good.

That is exactly what I did. Then I had to have a tooth pulled so I quit chewing again then I started smoking then quit because I couldnt play basketball so now I am doing that again. I have to fucking quit soon. I dont really mind smoking when I drink but I always have like half a pack left the next day and I just figure why not smoke em.
I quit nicotine for 6 months, I also quit drinking for that 6 months
