The thing about quitting smoking and breaking the habbit, is just like it took time to form, it takes time to break.

Change your routine if you can. Now's the perfect time to pick up going for a daily walk or maybe to the gym. Your lungs will start to recover fairly quickly. You'll be able to run further, hike higher, etc etc.

Get yourself a big bag of sugar free lollipops. They're the silver dollar(ish) sized round, colored lollipops. They're made for diabetics know all about these. They won't make you gain weight but fairly closely mimic the action of mouth to hand.
