What is your suggested order? Content, design, backend, CC Processors? Do you have to have the sites ready to go for approval before you pay the Visa fee or can the fee be paid before the sites are ready to go to avoid a lag time? I've dealt with programs after they were built but I never built one from the ground up and I'm a bit curious.
