Church street has a few bars but there are clubs and bars all up Orange Ave. which runs perpendicular to Church Street. Also check the streets parallel to Church, such as Wall St. There's nothing south of Church St, so go north on Orange to check out all these other places. All walking distance from Church.

http://www.roxyorlando.com - this is a few minutes away from Downtown and probably my favorite club in Orlando.
Also there's Pointe Orlando -
