Man, CAL-OSHA has no idea what kind of problems they'd cause by doing that. I really hope those companies appeal.

Letting this go through sets a precedent. Sure, it'll take time to fuck the industry badly. But precedent has been established now.

I see this as just a way for conservatives and anti-porn activists (yes, some are liberal) to push their agenda and make it more difficult for porn to be made. Force condom use because it limits the stuff you can do...

It's impossible to do creampies.
Harder to do ass to mouth.
Harder to do anything to mouth.
More complicated and annoying to do gangbangs.

What the anti-porn activists don't realize is that if you fuck porn, it'll go underground. It won't go away. And when it's "underground" it'll be largely unregulated.

*sigh* Maybe I'm blowing this out of proportion.. but I personally think anti-porn people are doing the blowing (regarding the HIV incident earlier this year), just like they did with the Janet Jackson nipple slip.
