The one good thing about all the crap on GFY I suppose is that at least he hasn't been able to go about this undetected and for the abuse, be it written or otherwise, to get any worse. I'd imagine the guy is being watched carefully (and least I would hope this is true). This being the biggest porn board around it's almost certainly monitored and combined with non-internet complaints about him the guy must be under scrutiny. Were it not for GFY the scrutiny may not have been so intense.
That said this really is no place for someone like that. The industry has enough troubles caused for the most part by itself without individuals like him adding to them. It remains a huge shame that the line between profit and social conscience really has vanished here for the most part.
Sadly this poll is unlikely to change anything either. Even a banning is pretty useless unless it's also applied to other names as and when he registers them, which no longer seems to happen here.

Now this is a VERY good post and everything you've said is true. I truly believe that one class of individual's who can't be rehab'ed or helped is "pedophile's". There is a very good reason that the reoffense rate is so high for them....and that is their psychological make up. They see nothing wrong with harming children and in their own sick, twisted minds, it is "OK" to act on their urges and harm kid's. They are able to justify their actions in their minds and that is all that matter's to them.
Luckily, this board is monitored and reports are being made. All a person can hope for is that justice will prevail and those offenders will face the legal consequences of their actions.
