Fuck, I just came from our local K-Mart and I'm MAD as hell. When we had our baby, our friends and family went shopping up there and we ended up with 4 of the SAME exact outfits, plus a pack of recieving blankets that we just don't need, so we were gonna go up there and swap them out for other clothing.
Well, they said that they have a new policy now that if you don't have a receipt, they won't do anything for ya, not even a change out of clothing. What's up with that shit ??? ANY other store would do that, as a matter of fact, JC Penney did, NO questions asked. I know that Wal-Mart does the same thing, I worked there for almost 6 years, he he he.
So, why does K-Mart come out with a jackass policy like that ??? Talk about a way to scare off a customer. I know that I now have a VERY sour feeling towards them after that happening.
Sure, I could go and ask for everyone's receipts to return the things, but I'd feel kinda stupid doing that.
They can shut down their fucking store. Wal-Mart always puts the customers first, I wonder why they're the number one retailer.... Maybe K-Mart should take some fucking lessons on how to treat a customer.
