I can understand getting the girls to sign off before they drink to make it 100% legal, this only make sense. As far as giving the girl alchahol in moderate amounts I do not see why this is an issue if she is of legal drinking age. When you pick up a girl from bar is she 100% sober? When you and your gf have celebrations or parties and wind up going at it is she 100% sobre? So if you have a girl who is used to having sex pretty frivilously and the idea here is to have the girl comfortable and natural to portrait that to the camera why is it that she can not have a few drinks to loosen her up and make her more prone to doing what comes natural to her? Not saying get her completely slammed where she is being stupid and passing out on cam but saying no to any form of alchahol while not a bad thing just seems like something that you do not have to do. Better safe than sorry though is a way to look at it
