Long story but I actually own both spellings. The correct way Ashley and the NOT so correct way Ashely.
The problem is the correct one is tied up in legal battles and can't be used by anyone right now. Hopefully we will settle it soon and can redirect everything to the right name!
For now lets all just make some $$$$ and enjoy the ride!
