It's really hard to quit. Once you do - and you try to go back, the cig is never as good as you remember. It just seems that once you fall of the wagon....your like fuck it...and smoke again...sometimes more then you did before you quit! Keep your chin up and stay away from people that smoke for atleast two weeks if you can. Being around drinking, bars and other smokers makes it near impossible. Once your withdrawl slows down - you will start to feel better. Oh and one last thing....you will cough like crazy for the first couple of months...your lungs are trying to get rid of all the tar!
