You know, the irony of it all is anyone who was a true animal rights activist wouldn't believe in animal domestication in the first place.
So the message they are sending is it's okay to subject a cuddly kitten or puppy to human bondage, but for god's sake, force them to eat vegitables!
I have a sore spot for this stuff. I try not to eat meat, and have at times gone over a year on just veggies, but as my own perogative, not because of some BS movement.
I really felt bad for Keiko the whale, the one from Free Willy. He was completely domesticated when they let him go, but he kept swimming to port towns because he was lonely. They raised him to crave affection, and then they sent him out into the world alone, and kept trying to push him away from people. As a result he got sick and died. Nice one. You can't reverse domestication. I think alot of the time people get so rabid in their activism that they lose sight of the soul they are trying to help.
Next time you have some over zeallous vegan breathing down their throat thell them they can't watch movies or TV because it's filmed on cellulose- a product of hoves / bones, like gellatin. Just my
