Just wondering if anyone has knowledge of whether there is a final version of the new 18 USC 2257 regulations?

Last I saw were proposed reg for comment and the comment period is now over. Has anything been published yet?

( I am getting lazy coming to GFY for legal updates, but hell I am busy these days)
