i think their exchange rates are crazy too... I don't get it but when I ATM'ed money today they had a rate of 1.277 while the official rate is at 1.228
so for almost $500 I got ?380 in return... I've emailed support about it before but they never gave an explanation. Ah well what can you do, PayPal is a no-no and other than that there is no widely acceoted paysystem.

You might find that difference in exchange rate is due to the banks involved in the transaction and not ePassporte.
We lose a similar amount here and it always seems to correspond with the exchange rate at which our bank buys foreign currency.
Okny - have you looked in your email account at ePassporte - for some reason they only seem to reply in there.
