Ok first things first..
A penis pump will not make it bigger. Jesus.. A pump will only bring the blood inside the penis. It will not make it bigger. It can be dangerous if you don't use it properly.
And the claim about Dr. John Prior is complete bullshit, you want to know why? That article has been debunked. There is no John Prior working for the department of urological surgery at the University of Minnesota medical school.
