A starving kid does not cause 10's of Billions of losses to the economy (and then of course many times more starving kids). Hurricanes do. There ya go with the 'communist' remark. I knew you couldnt resist. Admit it, you're a fucking hypocrite. Your inability to decipher information is a marvel of nature, so let me help you out.
People from the south are predominately Republican. The Republican attitude is 'everyone should take care of themselves', 'I don't want my tax money bailing people out of hard times'. Yet the southern states gets more economic aid than any other part of country due to natural disasters. Bottom line is you don't want your tax money going to helping people until its you who needs it.
