I thought this was common sense. As I mentioned earlier, there is no such thing as a Mandatory Tip. If it's a mandatory charge it's called a bill or a tax. Thank goodness the law really does work sometimes. This "tip" was a charge and not a tip. They need to state this CHARGE instead of using the "tip" bs to get extra money for nothing.

It's an underhanded unprofessional way of doing business.
