Shooting into white is hard, try experimenting with your lights, you are getting too much light bouncing back into your camera.
Get a light metre that shows bounced light.

I will have a play with the lighting, early days for me only been shooting 4 years now (and only 2 seriously) One day hopefully will get to be a serious mofo content provider like you...
