on amazon i ordered 2 items from him and made a mistake on one of them.
i contacted him by email explaining my situation.
im not stretching it when i say i had a REFUND within 3 minutes!!!
no questions asked at all, he simply issued a refund and said he looks forward to doing more business.
as a result i went shopping through his cart and bought a few things i saw that i liked, even though they were WAY overpriced!!
for example i bought a G-Unit CD when i could have either downloaded it, or payed $3.00 on amazon, he charged $17 for it.
I bought passion of christ dvd, could have gotten for $11 but i payed him $22
I wrote in my email to him that i understand that he does dropship and thats why he was overpriced, but i was willing to pay the extra bucks for the fantastic customer service he demonstrated.
goes to show, it DOES pay in the end when you are good to your customers!
I went out of my way and bypassed several of the same items for less money, just to find the same item offered by this seller, and i payed the extra coin just because he did me right the first time.
so many nightmare stories on here about customer service, thought id share a good one for a change.
