a company with any class would have refunded the money due to communication problems just to uphold their name and reputation - trying despritly to hang onto the $845 shows what would could and probally will happen to anyone with a large account with them when problems occur. Not pretty. Not someone I'd want to do business with.
everything comes back to you, esp in business and it looks like quiet just SEVERLY bitch slapped this company HARD for fucking him over. After reading this thread, many major bandwidth uses won't even give splitinfinitidy a second look now at ANY rate.
