Automation in the hosting biz is useless. People need personal attention, especially during the initial set up process. Your company seems to be a joke from what I'm reading here, and from many other people that have said similiar things.
At the very least here you need to issue a FULL 100% refund to Quiet immediately, and hope this issue goes away and doesn't haunt you for years to come
