What I find VERY funny is that you just said publicly that you never received any emails from us or had access to the server...... As you can see below in YOUR email to US, you CC'd to
[email protected], which is an address WE DO NOT USE. That address is our automated order system and the only way you would have gotten it was if you got an email from it.
I also do not respect the fact that you are trying to get your money back
only AFTER phatservers offered you a FREE server in EXCHANGE for a LINK
on the bottom of your board or something of that nature as listed in YOUR email below.

we still haven't heard a thing back from you or tech support. Anyway, we no longer need the server, because phatservers offered us a free box including bw, for a small text link at the bottom of our board, and set it all up in about 6 hours.
So I need to cancel my account, and would appreciate as much of a refund as possible, since we did not use your server in any way, and hadn't heard back from anyone for several days now.

So with that I say get a life and stop trying to bully us using the board as your medium. Just because you found a free deal does not sever you from your responsibility in a purchase you made and we delivered.
