Before I answer I'd just like to point out that my real name isn't CD Smith.
For me it was always like this:
I would get talking with a girl, she would tell me her name. Let's say it was "Blaze".... okay, fine. Blaze it is. I know that at some point in the process, if she ever was to work with me, she would HAVE to supply credentials, driver's license, birth certificate, something with her real name on it. So it never bothered me at all, I actually prefer to call all the girls by their stage name, it always made it easier for me. Stage names just seem to be easier to remember than real names, especially if you're recruiting dozens or hundreds of women.
If she gives me her stage name and I need her real name for record-keeping etc, I would simply say "No, what's your real name?"
If she won't tell me her real name she would never get any work from me. Simple as that, and I was never so hard-up that I had to rely on any one model for anything. No skin off my ass if she doesn't work for me. Bubbye.
