Get the facts buddy... In Canada you have to pay income tax even if you do not earn Canadian wages and are not a Canadian citizen, and you still get stuck with 18% of everything you purchase.
Immigrants pay for more than their fare share of your social system even though they have no rights to use it. Once she gets legal status to use it, she has more than paid for her share.
