I heard this too, it's especially problematic if she happens to be pregnant, if I recall correctly.
I've only had it happen a handful of times, and my shit is tiiiiiiiiiiiight. When it did happen, it was either with: very hard rough sex, or when I was pregnant and extra juicy in the netherlands.
