CCBill - What a bunch of idiots....
We set-up CCBill back in June of this year, to add to our cascade system with NATS..
Filled out all the paperwork, faxed in the contract, and got everything set up..
Started processing transactions through them, and finally added them to our cascade...
Now 3 months later, I get a call from our accountant, saying that we've not received a check from CCBill yet...
I contact CCBill via email, wondering what's the deal with the check...
The response I get back is : "Page 4 of the contract has not been successfully sent to us and so there is
a hold placed on your account until we receive this page. Can you please
fax/mail in the missing page so we can take your funds off of hold?

I find it rather odd, that they will set up the account, and allow us to process transactions, yet they never got page 4 of the contract, add onto that, THEY didn't contact me to tell ME they didn't have page 4, I had to contact them to find this out..
WHat a bunch of idiots.. Glad they're last in our cascade....
