Well for example, concerning the morality surrounding sex with girls, it is known that when girls begin their periods, at whatever age, they are still not physically or mentally able to cope safely with childbirth, and haven't been able throughout history. They need to grow into adults before it is safe for them to bear children.
Muhammad, being the final and most perfect prophet of god, should have been aware of this. So that leaves two options: either he WAS acting under god's direction in which case that makes god evil, or he wasn't a prophet.

In this country (UK), the legal age of consent for girls is 16. It has been found through trial and error that this age avoids the problems which girls have when having children at a younger age. Most British morality is based on trial and error, unlike Islamic morality which is based on dogma from the year 622. That is how I know that the morality in my country is better than in theirs, in general. And it shows, too, as the society in my country is far more advanced than that of, say, Yemen.
