domain name dispute
Just curious if something like this happened to you before and what the outcome was.
I am based in the EU and run a free site on a domain that is typed similar (plural and org instead of com) like another free site. The other webmaster is now claiming he has a trademark on his name and that I violate this trademark by operating my domain.
His trademark is from the US and I am based in the EU, so I do not need to be afraid as I do not break a European law .... right????
Is there a way the other guy will be able to catch my domain from the registrar (US based)?
PS: no, I am not going to hire a bloodsucking lawyer because of a free site ....
