I wouldn't recommend it and I wouldn't do it if I had kids but it's not much different than watching an R-rated movie with your kids. Tons of blood and sex in film, it's not like the kid hasn't seen this before. I know I had seen more when I was about 7 or earlier, this kid looks like he's at least 10.
