I was wondering if I can get everybody's opinion on where it is the best place to register international domain names like .de, .co.uk, etc.? My main priorities are:

1. Security ( how secure my ownership of the domain, so it doesn't get stolen with some email trick, etc. )
2. Price
3. Portal ( looking to register domains for different countires at the same registar ).
