And don't get me wrong.
I agree we need to power up the government.
The information age POWERED up the individual and the extremists with the abilite to not only learn how to make "pipe bombs" but how to cause damage that would instantly be shown world wide.
But the organizations, the collective processes, could not keep up !!! Look at the patent office and Acacia for example???
What a joke.
They seem to be catching up now?
We're settling in though ...
