You're not likely to get a clean vocal track seperated out from of a heavy music mix, but you could try using EQ to cut out all frequencies that are above/below the range of the voice. That would clear the vocals up a bit, but other instruments will (probably) still be overlaping those freq's.

IIRC there is also software that attempts to do this another way, by recording a 'pattern' of the music and then removing that pattern from the mix - I don't believe that works perfectly either tho.
