1 thats statistical reporting it can mean anything and can be slanted since survery's and the resources are at hand studying it... Wanna explaine why there are no Islamic Nations on those lists? Simple... Survey people are not likely to report acuratly under threat of death.
Also that list of countries is Nato. At least the Combined governments of the modern world co-operate with each other well enough to report that sort of thing amoungst each other and even to the lookers on whom wish to lie to there own people.
