Last week I'm with my friend ... it's 10:30 at night and we decide to go smoke a joint near a beach ...

(the park close at 10 ... but we can usually get in no problems)

We get in and we roll about 50 kmh when the limit is 30 .

There is a cop parked in the way and he use his horn ...



so we come back and ask him what was wrong and he starts screaming :

You guys are ROOLING WAY too fast .
My friend say : "Bin la (wich means like what the fuck but ... well lets explicit in french)" .

The cops run toward us, take him, pull him out of the car very roughly and ask him for his papers .

He checkup the car, take the papers, throw them in his face and say next time it's a 430 $ bill ...

What the fuck is wrong with cops here ?
