I wouldnt move her up right now because one grade is not that big of a deal and it could put a lot of pressure on her to be in a higher class than most of the kids her age. If they try to send her to college or something do it, she could get some kind of genius job and pay rent, since she wont be able to get an apartment you could charge as much as you want.
