Eventually, the governments of western countries will figure out that laws concerning age verification for sites don't shield minors from adult content on the internet. There are always countries with other laws, after all.

Anyone else think that it's quite likely that filtering adult content at the ISP level (i.e. the ISP filters out adult content/sites unless the customer has supplied proof of age) will become mandatory in the next 5-10 years?
