My thoughts I always thought Jimi was overrated. Now Eddie Van Halen created a new approach to playing electric guitar. The sad thing about Eddie is he hasnt evolved as a player like say Eric Clapton has. The best guitarist during Jimi's time the guy who did it first was Jeff Beck.
