What's even more bizarre is that he was busted 2 years ago (at 13) for using stolen credit cards to buy stuff and all they gave him was probation. He told them when they arrested him this time if they had done more to him then, he probably wouldn't have kept doing it.
He got busted when he was at a store and started talking to a family friend who was a cop. He asked the cop if he wanted to see his new car (a police car he had outfitted with everything and billed to the police department for $35K

). The cop knew he was only 15 so he followed him to bust him for driving illegally. When they pulled him over, they found all the fake credit cards in the car and started looking further into it.
