The only banner based impression program that I know of is the Money tracker program. I believe that it is paying .04 cents per 100 uniques. The banner is a flash banner and has sound and is not accepted on all TGP sites. It is the only non-popup pay per impression program to the best of my knowledge.
One of the cool things about the money tree program is that it is like the swiss army knife of adult affiliate programs. It has every type of payout you can think of. Pay per impression, pay per click, pay per sign up, it has dialers, and a free sign up program that pays 2.00 per sign up.
If you are looking for a one stop sponsor Money Tree is an excellent place to start. I used them for a while when I was starting out and they always paid on time.
