The purchasers of their old home had someone come to them and say they saw the home in the website. One of their stage names was the same name as one of the new owners. Total coincidence.
The state where they originally started came after them for obscenity charges and in the end they closed their site as part of a settlement to keep from going in front of a jury.
Brand protection of a trademark is not something to be taken lightly, but hopefully Brett and any partners he has have saved money along the way for attorneys fees and other incidentals if they are going to fight.

Ouch..still will leave a "blackeye" as affiliates are so fickle when they hear of any situation with any sponsor..Hope they can end these allegations quickly
