we both know what a judge is gonna do, and that summary judgment is a most likely scenario...
he made a huge mistake, and i can play as hard as you wanna play.. so what do you want to do now? I gave him an opportunity to correct his mistake, and he decided to go a different route, is that the path YOU want it to go?
or since you do not do anymore business with him LOL and are not bank rolling the operation any longer ( cough) then are you just here to say that his lies are OK from a standpoint of being a bystander?
