The Kitkat club is a must if your into sex or clubbing. My and my girlfriend at the time fucked some girl in a bathroom stall there... very fucking hot. Lots of crazy shit going on there... dress sexy (close to nude is even better) or you wont get in.
The Zoo in Berlin is awesome. They have a HUGE Piranha exhibit. If you get to see a feeding with them it's a real treat.
Of course you can see what little bit of a The Wall is left. You can't go there and not see that, though it is very disappointing because there is hardly anything left.
Shopping... They always have kick ass clothes there, shop till you drop.
Berlin is very modern and a cool city to hang out in... get a guide book and enjoy.
