I have cheated death a number of times...its almost kind of scary to sit back and think about it...
Was in the nightclub biz for 17 years in Los Angeles/Hollywood/Beverly Hills. Some nights were like out of a movie, fights guns etc.
I day or night in particular I was dating Karyn Ractman the sister or Rikki Rachtman, she asked me if I could help her little brother he was owed some money, so I of course said yes, after all I was running 4 clubs a week, and had big balls....so we meet at a place called the Starwood, the Starwood used to be on Santa Monica And Cresent Heights on the heart of hollywood.
So I find out this club owes Rikki and his partner around 500 bucks, from a front door skim. So we go up the stairs and go into office and I am now standing face to face with Eddie Nash, the same Eddie Nash that killed all those people in the wonderland murders with John Holmes, it was kind of creepy and this is long before that murder deal in Laurel Canyon, but I could feel the vibe and it was not good.
He told me in no un certain terms if I came back there he would kill me, so we walked out and I told them I would give them the five hundred dollars and not to go back there again.
I had an angel on my side many many drug hazed nights in LA driving way to fast and staying up to late, its a fucking miracle I am still alive today to talk about it.
