Put some olive oil in the pan to cover the bottom of the pan.

Cut the union and garlic fairly fine. So they dont have big parts.



Fry the garlic and union in the pan. Also salt and pepper will be added in this stage to let the oil and union soak up the flawours.



While the unions are frying in the pan cut each tomato in 4 pieces.
Then add them to the pan.



Now its time to use the hand mixer. Work the tomatoes untill it get as fine or as big bits as you want it. I prefeer my sause with small bits in it so its not completly smooth.



After you are done you get this result hopfully
There are however WAY to much water in here now so thats why this pan have to stand on low heat for this water to boil up and the saus becomes a little thicker.
Takes around 1 hour or so.



Before you put the lid on the pan cut the basil up rough and put it in the sause and then put a lid on it and let it just stand on low heat.
Check it from time to time and stir so the tamtoes dont burn at the bottom of the pan.

Thats it! Serve with some pasta or rice. Yuo can also put small pieces of chicken in this and you got the best pasta sause ever!

I promice ones you tried this you will never buy that fucking sause in the store again!
