Parney is the one to contact for sure, they are probably away right now since they live in the Ft Lauderdale/Miami area and the Hurricane just went through there.
Also they have a lot of e-mail spam blocking software, so there is a chance your e-mail somehow got blocked. Try sending her another e-mail from another address and you should be good. I'm sure she would get back to you if she actually received your e-mail.
