Well the PRIMARY point of this was that another webmaster had apparently shown him a page. Now the other webmaster finds his own work which he only showed to him, specifically, getting high se ranks.
Whether it's 4 rows of pics on a black background or not, that was the point. Not money, not cash, not programs with good numbers.
Lets not get off track, lmao.
Best advice for your employees is for them to always design their own work from a blank page. Period.
Avoid any *appearance* of impropriety.
Very easy, very simple, very logical, very affordable, very do-able in every regard. Instruct them that they are not to surf for ideas.
You pay them to design, to build, to submit, but what they also do is make or break reputations. Make it clear.
Unasked for advice I know. Doesnt make it bad advice.
