1) We have an extremely high standard of living and a balanced budget, and our taxes probably aren't as high as you think. Most people up here aren't greedy assholes who complain about paying their fair share to live in a great nation.
2) When have we ever asked for your military assistance? Never, and we've never lost a war. We were a huge part of both world wars. We don't need a massive army to try to invade other nations, but if anyone fucked with us they'd get a big surprise if they don't know their history. If you want to talk about the way your government wastes trillions of your dollars on wars they don't need to fight, by all means do.
3) That's just plain ignorance, try leaving your mom's basement some day. Go to Montreal, Vancouver or Winnipeg, there are 5x more hot girls here per capita. Half of American women are fat.
