Can US sponsors tell us how they'll handle that situation? Do they even care? I dont think they can get in trouble for what an affiliate has listed on his site..

I can't see how a non-hosted gallery could possibly impact the sponsor. They don't control the domain or the content, so it has nothing to do with them, right?
