Most nations believed there would be WMD's found. It was more about concrete proof, not disbelief. Is Clinton a liar because he believed there would be WMD found? Of course not! Only Bush is, because he acted on it. Seems silly.
John Kerry, the most Liberal Senator there is, said just recently if he knew then what he knows now, he'd still have voted for the war. That has to say something.
