Here's a question to all you guys who are 'worried' about getting 'ripped off'

If you do something online and it gets traffic and someone figures out how you do it just by either 1) looking at your marketing (haterz would say 'spam' but whatever) 2) reading about it 3) you tell them generally about it and they figure it out, then you have nothing to complain about.

That's how the net works. An idea, either implemented or just talked about, can be reverse engineered and independently researched.

NOW... if you were the ONLY guy who has exclusive rights to a source of traffic or implementation (ie., you bought ad space or you're one of the partners of the site) then you can LEGITIMATELY say you've been ripped.

But... if you're just one of the thousands of traffic fishermen who thought they found a secret spot... get over it, there's tons of webmasters out there looking for the same spot and have figured it out/or will figure it out soon.

You just sound like a spoiled rotten kid who's afraid to grow up and change.

Do you think the guy who invented google spoofing algorithms is HAPPY that there's many similar implementations out there? Probably not, but now he's making more money cuz he's copying his copiers' implementations.
